The person taking our order repeated back to us our order. When it was delivered we received the wrong drinks. And we were missing a chicken club sandwich. The young man told us the drink would be.

We ordered our meal. We did not receive one drink. It was wrong anyways. They wouldnt listen. We wanted the strawberry shortcake slushy. We received two milkshakes. Then we were missing a club chicken sandwich. The girl who took our order really messed it up. We need up being ther for me hour and six minutes. We go so frustrated. We missed going to Walmart which in the same parking area. We should have had ample time to order and make it to the store.

They tried to give me a nasty milkshake The cup was covered with ice cream didn't even try to wipe it off The manager refused to give my 5 dollars back I was told to leave and he called the police ordering me to leave I did nor said anything wrong

User's recommendation: No matter how loyal I was to sonic I order a milk shake at least 250-300 days a year I get me my strawberry milk shake and he goty order wrong and he was having a bad day and I got assualted for no reason and they stl have him working there

Closed location

Why is the location in Karnes City, Texas closed. Sign says temporarily, but has been closed for over 2 yearslocation, labor problems, problems with the building??? Thank you in advance, Rodger and Judy Canion. NOT PISSED AT ALL! Just curious as to why it is closed.

Have not received response from my complaint

Spoke with managers, general manager, regional manager, and corporate office and no resolution. I was told over three weeks ago that I would be contacted by upper management. I called back today and was told it would be resubmitted. I am not looking for the app to get a free slush. I want my receipt!!!

Forgotten customer

We wasnt offered a discount For the cold food we were served they acted like it was no big deal after having us wait all that time I think the crew up there needs a lesson in etiquette. They didnt give me my receipt, but I guess I could pull up the bank and show the purchase

hello, my name is liddy hertz. tonight we visited your sonic restruant on sample rd in coconut creek, florida.

this is the second time we visited it. the first time was terrible and we said we would never go back. my friend watched a commercial on tv and said let's try it again. well, it was still terrible.

our food was cold, they did not include my tater tots and would not bring them out after several requests. They did not bring my friend's drink, then brought it out after we requested it several times, they did not bring me my change for the order which was about $23. My coke tasted hilarious, like it was mixed with another drink and I had to spill it out. Disgusting.

I did not want to put this on social media in respect to you, but I certainly would like my $25 back.

i have no idea how you stay in business. I had my own retail store for over 30 years and never would i have tried the terrible product and service this particular sonic is providing.

Didn't receive paycheck

I was recently in a drug rehab that's how I came to work for sonic well I left the rehab and immediately called the Manager and told her specifically do not give my check to the rehab so last Friday I picked my own check up...this payday today I said do you have my check they looked up on the computer and said yes one was issued but they couldn't find it anywhere...what I think is they accidentally gave it to the rehab...isn't that illegal?

Charged for food they didn't have

I did my order on the app. I was able to order food that the store did not have. I went to a stall to wait for my order. I waited 10 minutes pushed the button for service and the employee advised me it was drive thru only. I had no idea. Plus, she was very rude. You need better signage to tell customers where to go and if you could not order at one of the stalls. The one thing I did get was my drink which I was looking forward to, but do not have the food that I ordered Was insane. I will not be eating at Sonic any more.

Never got the refund for the chicken I ordered. They were going to notify higher up people in the company

My order was not correct and I was told that the assistant manager packaged it herself. I was originally brought an order that was not mine and when I was brought my order, it was not correct and the assistant manager said it was and argued with me and said that I must have eaten the chicken I said I didn't receive.

I had buzzed them as soon as I received the order within a few seconds, so the assistant manager should have given me the other 2 pieces of chicken I had ordered, and I ordered ranch dressing that I didn't get but received 10 packs of ketchup and I can't eat ketchup. Also, believe my order was delivered to someone else. I also have my emotional support dog with me, and he sat up when the assistant manager started yelling and talking back to me and when he heard my voice crack he barked at her. She accused me of cursing at her and I don't curse because I was brought up not to.

I am 65 years old and have no teeth but she claims that I ate 2 pieces of chicken in less than 1 minute.

I have worked with the public all my life and even in fast food and I never treated people like she did. I made the order right even if I thought I had originally

I went into the Shalimar Florida location the manager's name was Karen. That name is the right name for this woman. She was rude crude and I'll never go back to that place again food was *** onion rings for cold they need to get rid of Karen as a manager she don't cuss at customers and tell their wife that the old ladies on the phone totally unacceptable please give me a call 850-240-****
